Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Equality Objective 1:
Ensure the curriculum reflects diverse cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives. This includes incorporating literature from diverse authors and including multicultural perspectives in history.
Equality Objective 2:
Provide ongoing training for staff on EDI principles and practices. Equip them with the knowledge and resources to integrate EDI into their daily work and interactions with children.
Equality Objective 3:
Increased involvement of parents and the community in an understanding of diversity
